Hello bibliophiles! I was excited when I got tagged with this. I was tagged to take part in this challenge by Riddhi @ Whispering Stories. I know this challenge has a deadline but we’ll see if I could do this!
- Link back to the original creator (The Corner of Laura) and link back to the challenge page or the original creator won’t get a notification.
- Thank whoever tagged you and link back to their post
- Tag 5 or more other people.
- Read books that fit the description. There are some recommendations in the original post to help you pick but you can read anything that fits the brief!
- The deadline for the challenge is six weeks after you were originally tagged (which, statistically, is the point when 80% of people give up their New Year’s Resolutions) e.g. if you were tagged in the original tag, the deadline is 12th February.
- Post a wrap-up when you’re done to show how you got on.
So, the deadline of my challenge is 18th February since I was tagged on 7th January. I hope we could do this!
BELOW are the books I plan to read for this challenge . . . .

Kingdom of Ash by Sarah J. Maas
This has 900+ pages, so that could go with the bonus challenge. This is the only book in the series that I have yet to read. I am not ready to be really honest, but this might be the time to read it, because it is really a huge book and it is the end of a series that I to dear.

The Viscount Who Loved Me by Julia Quinn
A genre that I never usually read is Historical Fiction. I have read a few but not a lot of those. So this book is the right one for me. I have read the first book in this intimidating series a few days ago and it is time to read the second book. I have started with this book and I am enjoying it so far.
𝚂𝙰𝚅𝙴 𝙼𝙾𝙽𝙴𝚈: 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚊 𝚜𝚎𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚍-𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚘𝚛 𝚊𝚗𝚢 𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚍𝚒𝚍𝚗’𝚝 𝚙𝚊𝚢 𝚏𝚞𝚕𝚕 𝚙𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛. 𝙱𝚘𝚗𝚞𝚜 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚐𝚎 – 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚊 𝚕𝚒𝚋𝚛𝚊𝚛𝚢 𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔.
The Dazzling Heights by Katharine McGee
I got this book at a local bookstore at a very low price. It was more than 80% off which is such a great deal. I am beyond happy that I was able to score this book when I read the first book last year. I was so spontaneous to get this but glad I did because the first book was a good read. And this book was a good read too. I am reading this right now.

Serious Moonlight by Jenn Bennett
Based on what I have read from Jenn Bennett, I know that this book would be really a book that would bring a smile to my face. I have started this book already and I am enjoying it right now. So that is a good book with this prompt.
𝚃𝚁𝙰𝚅𝙴𝙻 𝙼𝙾𝚁𝙴: 𝙱𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚜𝚎𝚝 𝚒𝚗 𝚊 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚎𝚒𝚐𝚗 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝𝚛𝚢 (𝚘𝚛 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚗 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍!). 𝙱𝚘𝚗𝚞𝚜 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚐𝚎 – 𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚒𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢 𝚙𝚞𝚋𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚑𝚎𝚍 𝚒𝚗 𝚊𝚗𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚞𝚊𝚐𝚎.
A Heart So Fierce and Broken by Brigid Kemmerer
This book was published last year and it is set in a different world. I enjoyed the first book last year and I am very excited to read the second book this time around. And the third book too, which just released yesterday (Jan. 12, 2021). I am excited to read this book and get back to the world.

The Astonishing Colors of After by Emily X.R. Pon
At the beginning of the year I have posted a question and answer on my IG story about asking for diverse books and this was one of them, so it is just safe to say that I am going to be reading this books this month or before the deadline, of course.
𝚂𝚃𝙾𝙿 𝙿𝚁𝙾𝙲𝚁𝙰𝚂𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙶: 𝙱𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝’𝚜 𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚗 𝚘𝚗 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚃𝙱𝚁 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝚊 𝚢𝚎𝚊𝚛. 𝙱𝚘𝚗𝚞𝚜 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚐𝚎 – 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚊𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝚋𝚘𝚝𝚝𝚘𝚖 𝚘𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚃𝙱𝚁.
The Young Elites by Marie Lu
I have been wanting to read this trilogy. I have the last two books in the trilogy and I have been waiting for the right time to read it. I have read only one book by Marie Lu, and I loved her work, so I am looking forward to reading her other works.
𝙵𝙾𝙲𝚄𝚂 𝙾𝙽 𝚂𝙴𝙻𝙵-𝙲𝙰𝚁𝙴: 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚊 𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚏𝚘𝚌𝚞𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚘𝚗 𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚕 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚝𝚑.
The Astonishing Colors of After by Emily X.R. Pon
I believe this focuses on mental health but I have no idea what it really is. But I am interested to read it sometime soon.
𝚂𝙲𝚁𝙴𝚆 𝚁𝙴𝚂𝙾𝙻𝚄𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽𝚂, 𝙸 𝚀𝚄𝙸𝚃!: 𝚁𝚎-𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚊𝚗 𝚘𝚕𝚍 𝚏𝚊𝚟𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚎. 𝙱𝚘𝚗𝚞𝚜 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚐𝚎 – 𝚛𝚎-𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚊𝚗 𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚛𝚎 𝚜𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚜
To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before Trilogy by Jenny Han
The third movie is about to be released next month, so that means it is time for me to reread this trilogy! I am very excited to read it again because I just want to relive everything before I watch the last movie.
Would you be rereading the entire series prior to watching the movie?
